SHOCKED BY THE SHOCK TV??
So that is what they are...realists. Facing the worst truths of their lives with a lie detector thrusted on to their beings...isn’t it just sending thrills down your spine??But the parliament isn’t exactly as thrilled about it as you and me."THEY FEEL THAT A PERSON REVEALING GRIMMY SECRETS OF HIS OR HER PRIVATE LIFE TO WIN BIG MONEY ON REALITY T.V IS AGAINST INDIAN VALUES AND MORALITY".-mail today,Saturday,July 25,2009.
Apt??Or unacceptable? Does, not revealing secrets form a part of Indian values and morality finds it really awkward. How can we keep on relating issues and happenings which are either new to us or away from the league or which creates ripples on the surface of society...to our Indian values? If we really want something to be stopped or if we desperately need to keep something away from the society, can’t we think of better excuses? If women work or become more independent...it goes against our morality and values. If an amendment is passed over an article of our constitution which has been long untouched...it goes against our morality and values, if we think of educating youth and implementing them with the knowledge of tools to prevent AIDS and STDs and other such similar problems..It goes against our Indian values and morality. Can’t we people and specially our leaders advocate on something more relevant and worth discussing? Like fake encounters and disrespect of women in public and gunda raj of state governments? Why on earth do we people need to waste our valuable time on mere entertainment TV programmes where people are not dragged to the show by their collars but they actually ASSENT to such adventures??THINK AND DECIDE FOR YOURSELVES.

Content coordinator is human too
Let’s start it from a story. There was a king who wanted to create history by constructing a “Milk Pond”. Means, he wanted a pond where milk is available instead of water. Royal order was passed to all the people of the state to bring a glass of water in the evening before the date of opening of the pond and to pour it there. Everyone thought other guys are bringing milk and my one glass of water does not make any difference. And, the result----there was no milk pond….
I realized the morale of the story when I was entrusted with handling a team of freelancers in the last company. There were times when we had to deliver the client in next one hour and all communication with the assigned writer happened to cease. Mobiles switched off and not available online. That situation prompted me to write a blog that will make life of both freelancers and freelance writing coordinators somehow easier. We as writers know it is our bread and butter. So can not we streamline the whole process for a better end?
Flatly say no
As with every human being, freelance writers have personal life too. One of the writers with whom I was dealing told me one day---“I like flexible time schedule, that’s why I am freelancing and not in a regular job”. No doubt…she was right… but is not it our moral and professional responsibility that our flexibility does not hamper any organization’s growth? Only you know your personal conditions better. Hence, please say a flat NO if you feel that you can not complete the assignment within time. The work can be assigned to others.
Double checking costs few minutes
For writers, there write up is like own kid. If I am not sounding so traditional, it is really hard to find mistakes in own write up. But this creates whole lot of mess for the coordinator. To avoid it, please spare some minutes for revising the write up before sending it to the coordinator.
Divide your time and task
If available, take work from different niches. Believe me; it helps a lot in faster writing and adding variety to your write up. I have heard many people complaining writing on the same keywords again and again makes the whole process less interesting and invites unwarranted copyscape issues. If this is the case, you can devote 20 minutes daily to search and read different write ups on the same topic. After 10 days you will find, you have enough fresh ideas for at least next three months.
Read assignment mails properly
Before starting the work, writers should read the mail properly and immediately contact the coordinator. This helps a lot to avoid any sort of rewriting and reduces the chances of a fumbling client.
These are my personal observations…. Pardon me if you do not agree

Love or Infatuation??
The most easiest part is to get in to these kinds of relationships but must difficult part is to deal with the consequences of such relationships, People once heart broken, becomes too hard, cold,,there perspective changes and be cum numb. And when this situation arises the situation of depression takes his seat..which is dangerous.
If we see are environment, every then and now are friend's comes up with the prob that ,we broke off,,and we are upset ,that person did this and all..and we give them a simple advice of move onn,,and we flash sum beautiful dialogues and finally we are done with the,,formality of being friend's ,,and we feel that its sufficient,,we are done with are job..
But the person who's suffering knows,,how it feels wen heart breaks,,and how long time will b taken to recover from such a brutal hurt,. and at that time person feels there's no love only pain and whatever was it was a mistake ,,a infatuation.
Here also persons thinking doesn't end up,,he started gettin pulled off from relationships..,starts making boundaries and at and end love theory is vanished and rude, selfish world theory is activated.
I know there would be people who are in serious relationships, and they must have a strong believe in this love part and I really wish loads f good look for there future and God Bless them with same love and tender care in there relationships, but these days majority is of heart broken people n its increasing day by day an finally it is resulting in creating a mind set of infatuation and hatred among people..and discouraging people to get into any kind of relationships.. which will,, at the end not result in a healthy outcome..
So we people should be bit genuine for others and help them not to form such opinions by taking a very first step from yourself only that if we genuinely like someone,,then only we should approach that person to get into any relationships and should try and carry out it till the end with full trust, loyalty, care and a genuine love..:-) so we can have a better world tomorrow and healthy perspectives tomorrow.:-)

Unpredictable LifePromising PURITY…or is it so?
The general opinion though, supports the latter fact. The concept dates back to 1993, the first one being called “true love awaits”, the name itself explaining its core message. In the past sixteen years, many pledges have been carried out and as many studies about the topic.
Point that comes up is people can’t practically refrain themselves, just because of having made a virginity pledge. Most of them fool themselves, more than the world, by putting up things like denying they had sex, or more funnily, denying they made the pledge in the first place only!!! A major part indulges more in oral and anal sex, having the opinion that they’ll be abiding by the pledge having things this way. But for instance take the statement of the pledge as:
"Believing that true love waits, I make a commitment to God, myself, my family, my friends, my future mate, and my future children to a lifetime of purity including sexual abstinence from this day until the day I enter a biblical marriage relationship."
Now pick for instance the future mate, will s/he consider you any more pure and loyal coz you didn’t indulge in vaginal sex before marriage?
Besides some other not so goody-goody results, one is that people who had pledged, take LESSER birth-control measures that the ones who hadn’t!!!
Plan back-firing… eh?
In fact, those who don’t take any formal pledge to refrain from making out, just promising things to themselves stick more to it, than the ones who take a proper pledge.
Though such pledges are most common in the United States, the scenario can be conveniently compared to that in India, as far as the aspect of psychology of teenagers is concerned about abstaining from sex. Though in India the masses are ignorant enough to not talk about sex or anything related to it in public(explains perhaps why there’s no sex education in schools, worsening everything) but the society in general makes one take a virginity pledge, without once pronouncing it. And the results are pretty obvious. Those who want to do it do it and those who don’t want to, don’t do it, Pledge or no pledge.

How to publish unique content!
The Internet is loaded with information and people are continuously looking for information on the web. Sometimes the content is written by real duds and is not worth reading. The need for good content becomes very critical and essential.
People look for good content on the Internet. They do not always get good content online. So what is unique content? Unique content should have real content that interests the readers. Giving unique content to the reader is one of the most difficult perhaps most time consuming. Why is it so? Let us look at some examples. A wood working expert writes on building clocks. The reader who is going through the content should find something new about building clocks not the usual stuff.
Does that mean each content should have something new? How do you go about giving new content to your customer? The main draw is to put something compelling in your book or article that would draw your customer or reader towards your article.
Any product or article that is new should have something unique and compelling only then the reader would be drawn towards it. The other most important factor is not to make any mistakes in the content. Some mistakes can be glaring; they can make you notice the mistakes rather than the content.
The best way to make your book very attractive and compelling is to first list down all the things that a reader expects out of the article.
You need to do this while editing your book. If you cannot give good ideas your article is sure not to last long in the market. Try to write content that is good content and pull the audience towards your website. It helps you to stand longer in the market.
