BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS





1. No Breakfast


People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level.
This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.



2. Overeating


It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.



3. Smoking


It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.



4. High Sugar consumption


Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing
malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.



5. Air Pollution


The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air
decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain
efficiency.



6. Sleep Deprivation


Sleep allows our brain to rest.. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the
death of brain cells.



7. Head covered while sleeping



Sleeping with the head covered, increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and
decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.



8. Working your brain during illness


Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of
the brain as well as damage the brain.



9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts


Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may
cause brain shrinkage.



10. Talking Rarely


Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain.

The main causes of liver damage are:



1. Sleeping too late


and waking up too late are main cause.


2. Not urinating in the morning.


3. Too much eating.


4. Skipping breakfast.


5. Consuming too much medication.


6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring , and artificial sweetener.


7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible

reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking

oils like olive oil.


Do not consume fried foods when you are tired,

except if the body is very fit.


8. Consuming raw (overly done)


Foods also add to the burden of liver.
Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.



We should prevent this without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary
chemicals according to 'schedule.'




Because :



Evening at 9 - 11

PM : is the time for eliminating unnecessary/toxic chemicals
(detoxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes).

This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their
homework, this will have a negative impact on health.

Evening at 11pm - 1 am :

is the detoxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.



Early morning 1 - 3 am :

detoxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.



Early morning 3 - 5 am :


detoxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be
a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the detoxification process
had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.



Morning 5 - 7am :



detoxification in the colon,

you should empty your bowel.

Morning 7 - 9 am :

absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you

should be having breakfast at this time.

Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30 am , for those who are
sick. Breakfast before 7:30 am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits,

and it is still better to
eat breakfast late until 9 - 10 am rather than no meal at all..



Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals. Aside from that, midnight to

4:00 am is the time when the bone marrow
produces blood. Therefore, have a good sleep and don't sleep late.



DO TAKE CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH.................

My 7th blog I guess

All those who have at any point of time followed my blogging life,will be amazed and puzzled, that even after announcing retirement and leaving his personal blog my musings, Tushar has yet again started another blog.
Well friends, am in a fix too.This would have been the 8 th blog perhaps where i am writing and 7th which i am administrating.
But this blog like others comes for a special purpose.Its dedicated to my school life and first 10 years of my student life from kinder garden section.
Like most of the other blogs,this one is a group effort too, and former classmates would be joining in,so that we pool in our memories of our student days.
I am thank full to Shaista,Arjun and Garima for their support.

Sheetal…name main hi dekho kitni purity hai. A very recent addition in my friends list, she first caught my attention when, she showered a bag load of compliments on my blogs. The past few days, I tried to relish her company, the stubbornness, the beauty,
The love and hate, and now I think I can write some lines for her. Though, had I not vowed not to write poetry, I would have tried poetry for this pretty soul as no other form can be more befitting to describe a thing of awe and beauty as poetry?
She is pure and invaluable as gold, her intelligence and brilliance sparkle like a diamond,
Her company is like sheets of silver, you find comfort and smoothness’ all around. Her eyes are like, those precious stones, like emerald and ruby, once you see into them, they will caste a magic on you, a magic that won’t allow you look away, the depth in those eyes saying so much, yet they are so deceitful and distant.
Her personality is vivacious, and evasive. She is smart yet kiddish. You would talk to her and keep debating in your mind, is this girl over mature or over childish. A well-known speaker started off his seminar by

He proceeded to crumple up the $20 dollar bill.



He then asked, "Who still wants it?"



Still the hands were up in the air.



Well, he replied, "What if I do this?"



And he dropped it on the ground



and started to grind it into the floor with his shoe.



He picked it up, now crumpled and dirty.

My friends, we have all learned a very valuable lesson.



No matter what I did to the money, you still wanted it



because it did not decrease in value.

Many times in our lives,



we are dropped, crumpled, and ground into the dirt by the decisions



we make and the circumstances that come our way.



We feel as though we are worthless.



But no matter what has happened or what will happen,

NAIL IN THE FENCE

There once was a little boy who had a bad
temper. His Father gave him a bag of nails

and told him that every time he lost his

temper, he must hammer a nail into the back

of the fence. The first day the boy had

driven 37 nails into the fence. Over the next few weeks, as he learned to control his
anger, the number of nails hammered daily

gradually dwindled down. He discovered


it was easier to hold his temper than to


drive those nails into the fence.


Finally the day came when the boy didn't


lose his temper at all. He told his father


about it and the father suggested that the

boy now pull out one nail for each day that
he was able to hold his temper.


The days passed and the young boy was finally


able to tell his father that all the nails

were gone. The father took his son by the


hand and led him to the fence. He said, "You


have done well, my son, but look at the


holes in the fence. The fence will never be


the same. When you say things in anger,


they leave a scar just like this one. You


can put a knife in a man and draw it out.


It won't matter how many times you say I'm


sorry, the wound is still there. " A verbal


wound is as bad as a physical one.

3 things I didn't like much or disapproved or some improvements i wish would happen.

1)Better presentation of the blog.It looks very dry.
2)Language of the posts.No its not crap or vulgar or bad in any sense but i
somehow Didn't like it.Also the text size is very small.Better attention should have been given to post presentations.A write up needs to be given finishing touches at time.Even if you have written a fabulous post.
3)Again the presentation thing.Wherever the pictures have been used a glow a certain quality has been added to the posts.Wonder why doesn't the author use her such powerful weapon.
